Tusken employees are all ex-financial services industry professionals, having worked in the line from analyst to CIO/Board level, technology through to business roles, and therefore we are able to understand our clients and their requirements to a greater level of detail than other recruitment organisations – this makes our offering very attractive.

Tusken’s mission is to link quality candidates to quality and forward-thinking clients, finding them their next career move through a very personalised 1-2-1 service.  

Our aim is to ensure our clients and candidates are matched and linked together with a high percentage success rate.  We will achieve this by utilising our immediate network – sourcing each candidate meticulously. 

We pride ourselves in the strength and depth of candidates and clients, and have a deep level of trust, openness and honesty in our discussions and dealings.  Knowing our candidates and clients personally or through a single degree of separation adds a huge amount of value to our business and to the success rate of our clients and candidates.
